To provide a clamp fitting in which dangerous pin and shaft section to an operator are not projected.

A clamp fitting body 12 has a base section 24 with a supporter 22 having a flat section and a cover body 16 rotatably fitted on one side of the base section through a hinge 20. The base section 24 has a sleeve member 30 being rotatably mounted through a second hinge 28 and having a female screw formed to an inner peripheral surface. A bolt 32 with the shaft section 34 having a male screw formed to an outer periphery and a knob 36 fixed to the shaft section is inserted into the sleeve member 30. The extending section 42 of the cover body 16 has a notch 44 receiving the shaft section of the bolt 32 and a flat holder 46 at an approximately center section. The shaft section 34 is screwed to the sleeve member 30 by inserting the shaft section 34 of the bolt into the notch 44 of the extending section 42 of the cover body and rotating the knob 36, and the underside of the knob 36 is abutted against the holder 46. Accordingly, the base section 14 and the cover body 16 are fixed.
