Abstract:

To strongly fix a tubular material with excellent stability and without generating a clamp flaw on a recessed receiving surface by coating the receiving surface of a clamp pedestal formed of a hard material with a replaceable soft material clamp receiving surface member.

A clamp pedestal 21 is made of a hard material. A recessed receiving surface of the pedestal 21 is coated with a clamp receiving surface member 22 made of a replaceable soft material. As this receiving surface member 22, the one is a synthetic resin film with one side surface applied with adhesive and the other is a synthetic resin molded product having a shape fittable into a recessed receiving surface of a clamp receiving base. Because the recessed receiving surface of the clamp receiving base is formed of a soft material, a clamp damage is not generated because aluminum agglutination is buried within a receiving surface member 22 made of a soft material, even if small quantity of aluminum agglutination exists on the recessed receiving surface when a grain size of aluminum agglutination is small, but when the grain size is increased to a certain degree, there is a possibility of generation of a clamp damage. Therefore, this clamp receiving surface member 22 is replaced and generation of the clamp damage is prevented.
