A tape 15 is wound around an outer peripheral surface of the spring type electric wire presser piece in a state where a thin electric wire is passed through a circular arc inner peripheral surface of the spring type electric wire presser piece. In the meantime, a thick electric wire is fixed by winding the tape around the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire in a state where the wire is placed on a circular arc outer peripheral surface.
