To provide a clamp capable of keeping a safety or the like of an operator working in working field when a tip of bolt projects from a nut in such a way that a nut from which a tip of bolt projects can be used, and that a special nut such as extended shaft-like cap nut or the like is not necessary to use.

In the clamp, in which both one side ends of first insertion member 41 and second insertion member 42 are connected freely in rotation with a coupling member, and the first insertion member 41 and second insertion member 42 support an inserted member 3 in insertion by tightening a bolt 45 arranged freely in rotation at the other side end of the first insertion member 41 in such a way that it is screwed into a nut 52 fixed at the other side end of the second insertion member 42, a pair of covering sections 55 is arranged in the second insertion member 42, and a small diameter portion 45E of bolt 45 tip is projected from the nut 52 between these covering sections 55. By this, the nut from which the tip of bolt projects can be used, and the special nut such as the extended shaft-like cap nut is not necessary to use; furthermore, when the tip of bolt projects from the nut, the safety or the like of the operator working in the working field can be kept.
