To firmly fix a can by a simple operation at the time of stirring a coating material or cement in the can by installing a first frame body and a second frame body whose end parts are installed in the middle part of the first frame body in a freely rotatable manner by a rotary axis and uprightly installing clamping bodies in respective frame bodies.

The end parts of pipes 21a, 21b of a second frame body 20 are installed at position nearer to a straight line part 12 that to the center part of a frame part of a first frame body 10 in a freely rotatable manner by a rotary axis 30. In the frame part of the first frame body 10, a stand 13 is slantingly fixed as to position the rotary axis 30 side lower that the frame part in the right side of the rotary axis 30 and a damping body 14 is uprightly stood on the upper face of the stand 12. In the frame part 21 of the second frame body 20, a stand 23 is slantingly fixed as to position the rotary axis 30 side lower than the frame part in the left side of the rotary axis 30 and a clamping body 24 is uprightly stood on the upper face of the stand 23. When the left side of the frame body 10 is pushed down by pedalling pedal plates 19a, 19b by a foot, both sides of a can are firmly clamped by the arc-like parts 15, 25 of the clamping bodies 14, 15.
