Abstract:
To firmly fix a polishing sheet.
This device is provided with an oscillation plate 7 on the under surface of which a polishing sheet is applied and on the upper surface of which the folded-back two ends of the polishing sheet are applied. A holder 8 to press the folded-back two ends of the polishing sheet against the upper surface of the oscillating plate 7 is mounted on the oscillating plate 7. The press part 8a of a holder 8 is brought into surface contact with the polishing sheet.
