A husking section is disposed on one lateral side and a shaking sepn. section on the other lateral side. This husking section is formed with a supply upper in the uppermost section, a husking roll in the lower part of this supply hopper and a winnowing chamber in the lower part of this husking roll, respectively. A chaff discharge blower is mounted at this winnowing chamber and the wind discharge cylinder of this discharge blower is disposed on the outer side of the one lateral side of a machine body. Casters which are freely adjustable in vertical positions are mounted at the central lower part of the machine body. The clamping device of the husking and separating device described above is provided with a clamping rod 29 enclosing the wind discharge cylinder on the outer side of the one lateral side of the machine body. Both ends of this clamping rod 29 are fixed by means of fixtures 31 to the outer walls of the husking section. The center of the clamping rod 29 is fixed by means of a fixture 31 to the wind discharge cylinder.
