Abstract:
To provide a clamping device of which clamping force is known even after fixing a fixing object, and of which the clamping force is known from a remote place.SOLUTION: A clamping device 3 includes: a main body 5; an operation shaft member 6; an action member 7; a strain gauge 8; and a measuring communication module 9. The operation shaft member 6 has a turning operation part 6a for turning the operation shaft member 6 about its axis. The action member 7 moves in an axial direction 6b of the operation shaft member 6 in linkage with turning of the operation shaft member 6, and a pressing part 7a of the action member 7 presses a fixing object 2. The strain gauge 8 is embedded in the operation shaft member 6. The measuring communication module 9 is equipped with a measuring part for measuring strain of the strain gauge 8, and a wireless communication part for transmitting data obtained by the measuring part, and the module is attached to a tip of the operation shaft member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
