Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a clamping having an excellent sealing function by providing a male screw on the head outer circumferential face of a screw and a female screw spirally fitting to the male screw in the inside of the hollow part of an elastic resin cap body fitting over the head of the screw. CONSTITUTION:A screw 1 has a continuously provided head part 2 with a larger diameter in the upper end thereof, and the head part 2 has a clamping bearing surface 3 formed on the lower side thereof, and also is provided with a male screw 4 on the outer circumferential face and a fitting flute 5 for a rotating tool in the top part. A cap body 6 of a dressing cap C is fitted over the head part 2, and as its materials, soft vinyl chloride and others are used. A female screw 8 spirally fitting to the male screw 4 is provided in the inside of its hollow part 7, and also a sealing skirt part 9 is continuously provided in the outer part of the circumferential surface. A short elastic cylinder leg 10 concentric with the female screw 8 is formed in the lower part of the cap body 6. Such structure eliminates accidental fallings of the dressing cap C and also enables the security of excellent sealing function.
