Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tightening of a caisson to the side of a dam body in the water and suppress variations of tension acting on clamping hardware after the tightening as much as possible.SOLUTION: Clamping hardware for underwater cofferdam has: a caisson side rod member 12 with a mounting part 12b to a block 1a of a caisson 1 at one end side, and a flange 12c and a fitting part 12d at the other side; and a dam body side rod member 13 with a mounting part 13b to anchor hardware 7 mounted to a dam body 2 at one end side, and a fitting part 13d fit in the fitting part 12d between a flange 13c and the rod member 12 at the other end. The flanges 12c, 13c are provided with 3-5 through-holes 12ca, 13ca of bolts 14 for fastening the rod members 12, 13. The bolts 14 are tightened by a torque wrench, the bolts passed to the through-holes 12ca, 13ca of the flanges 12c, 13c of the rod members 12, 13 mounted to the anchor hardware 7 and the block 1a, respectively. As an effect, a predetermined tension can be generated in the clamping hardware efficiently and uniformly.
