Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the clamping work of a shaft of a rotor for a motor and to effectively clamp the shaft by forming conical projections on the periphery of a hole for passing the shaft of thin core plates, laminating the core plates, inserting the shaft into the hole of the laminated plates, pressurizing the plates from laminating direction, and caulking fixedly the shaft. CONSTITUTION:Conical projections 2 are formed at the periphery of a hole for passing the shaft of thin steel plates to be formed as a rotor core. The plates are laminated to form thin steel plate laminate group 1, a shaft 3 is inserted into the hole of the laminate group 1, the projections 2 are pressurized from the laminating direction, and the shaft 3 is caulked fixedly.
