Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a crushed product separated and classified precisely removing coarse particles and fine powder by the two stage classifidation process using a fixed classifying blade and a rotary classifying blade.
CONSTITUTION: When a classification apparatus is applied to crushing equipment in a cement plant, a suction pipe 36 connected to a fine powder collector 35 is arranged at the central part of the upper surface of an outside scroll casing 31 equipped with the primary suction port 32 positioned in the tangential direction on its side face. A coarse particle discharge port 39 is installed at the lower part of the outside casing 31 through a ramp 38. An inside casing 41, equipped with a fixed classifying blade 42 with a horizontal ring form which is integrated with the casing 41 at its upper part, is installed in the casing 31 keeping distance between them. A fine powder discharge port 44 is installed at the lower part of the inside casing 41 through a ramp 43. A rotary classifying blade 47 is fixed concentrically inside the fixed classifying blade 42, and a diffusing plate 50 is placed over the blade 42 and the blade 47 to receive a raw material 22 from a raw material supply port 37.
