Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the data inputting trouble and continuously perform assortment/transshipment operation of a magazine bundle per each transportation route by constituting completion of supply of magazine bundle fed by a depalletizing means by count down of a counter means.
SOLUTION: A depalletizing robot 16 is positioned on the outside of an assortment conveyer 15 so as to face the unloading position a2 of a receiving conveyer 7 and the end of a revolving robot arm 16A is provided with a hand 16B which includes a mechanism capable of grabbing one or two magazine bundles from a receiving pallet 3 conveyed to the unloading position a2 on the receiving conveyer 7. The depalletizing robot 16 conveys the magazine bundle 2 to an assortment conveyer 15 from the receiving pallet 3 at the unloading position a2 by controlling the actuation of the robot arm 16A and the hand 16B on the basis of the command from a depalletizing robot controller.
