Abstract:
To classify powder with high precision by using a simple constitution.
This classifier, developing device and image forming device are provided with a conveyance substrate 1 having a plurality of electrodes 12 which generate an electric field for conveying and hopping the powder by means of electrostatic force and an opposite roller 2 opposed to the conveyance substrate 1 which generates an electric field for transporting and sticking the toner T conveyed and hopped on the conveyance substrate 1.
