Since the partition walls 52-55 of a recovery part 26 arranged below a separating space 22A are made freely movable toward/from a metal drum electrode 21A, and a moving means for moving the walls 52-55 horizontally is installed, when the separation of plastic pieces 16 is inaccurate, the walls 52-55 are moved to correspond to the falling position of each plastic piece associated with the polarity and the quantity of charge of it to approach/ separate from the metal drum electrode 21A to do the separation correctly without changing voltage from a high voltage power source apparatus 24A.
