To confirm whether a student actually sees delivered information related to a lecture or not and to usefully perform a work by use of a terminal with a small display screen such as a cellular phone.
When a teacher of a terminal 201 requests a change in the classroom and date of the lecture, the classroom reservation/change server 40 retrieves a classroom having the same condition as the classroom before change, which is reserved by the terminal 201, and retrieves a spare date free from reservation for each of the classroom before change and the classroom having the same condition. When the classroom having the spare time and the spare date of this classroom are listed on the terminal 201, the classroom and date selected by the terminal 201 are newly reserved, and the reservation content of the lecture is changed. Thereafter, information for the lecture name, classroom name, and date of the lecture for which the reservation content is changed is delivered to terminal of the the student enrolled in the lecture and the teacher in charge by e-mail having confirmation function.
