Abstract:
To provide a novel clathrate hydrate highly useful as e.g., a heating medium in air conditioning equipment and, particularly, to provide a novel clathrate hydrate exhibiting excellent performance as e.g., a heating medium having a low decomposition pressure and a high heat capacity.
The clathrate hydrate includes water as a host substance and a hydrofluorocarbon mixture comprising 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane and difluoromethane as a guest substance enclosed therewithin.
