To provide a clay film with a transparent conductive film having high thermal stability, and further having excellent flexibility and gas barrier property, which is useful as a flexible substrate for electronic devices such as a flat display panel, a solar cell or the like, a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic EL device or the like.
There are provided a conductive film which is formed by forming a transparent conductive film on a clay film and which has thermal resistance, electroconductivity, transparency more than 80% in a light transmissivity at 500 nm and flexibility, to 350C; a material for electronic devices including the conductive film; and an organic EL device including the material. According to the present invention, the clay film with a transparent conductive film and products using the film can be obtained in which the transparent conductive film can be formed on a clay thin film having excellent thermal resistance, gas barrier property, transparency and flexibility at a high temperature of, for example, 250C or more.
