To provide a clean bench for handling radiopharmaceutical in germ-free condition, efficiently performing work while reducing exposure of a worker.

The clean bench 1 for handling the radiopharmaceutical includes: a casing 2 having a work space 3 formed inside for handing the radiopharmaceutical; a work bench 4 which is the base of the work space 3 to perform work; an opening part 3a provided with a shutter freely opened and closed in the vertical direction; a partition means 17 provided along the direction of a front view on the work space 3 to partition the work space 3; a filter 5 for filtering the air sent to the work space 3 and purifying the same; and a blower 6 for supplying clean air through the filter 5 into the work space 3.
