Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress intrusion of air into a clean room from a hoistway inexpensively and easily without changing a constitution of a juxtaposed ascending/descending device in a clean room structure where the ascending/descending device is juxtaposed.SOLUTION: In a clean room structure (10) where an ascending/descending device (1) having a shaft outer shell (30) and a carriage (40) for transporting an article (2) upstairs and downstairs is juxtaposed while a clean room (S1) is partitioned in the inside, one side wall (20) includes: a side wall body (21) which is provided to follow an outer wall surface (31) of the shaft outer shell (30), and in which a side wall opening (14) opened by corresponding to a carry-out entrance/exit (34) formed on the outer wall surface (31) is formed; and an air-tight door (22) which is attached to the side wall body (21) and closes the side wall opening (14) to prevent the intrusion of the air in the hoistway (60) into the clean room (S1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
