PURPOSE: To improve cleaning effect to obstinate fur and the like by impregnat ing thermoplastic resinous coupling agent which contains zeolite and chelating agent into a bulky nonwoven fabric substitute which does not contain any polishing grains and also covering the substitute with the coupling agent.

CONSTITUTION: A bulky nonwoven fabric substitute is obtained by mutually adhering and covering a bulky fiber web consisting of nylon fiber 1 at the part where fibers cross and contact with each other with a thermosetting resin ous coupling agent (polyvinyl alchole melamin) 2, and on the surface thereof with a thermoplastic resinous coupling agent 3 such as SBR resin. Next, the surface of the thus obtained substitute is covered fixedly with a thermoplastic resinous coupling agent 6 such as SBR resin which contains mixedly zeolite and EDTA-4Na as cheleting agent 5, whereby a cleaner for bath tub of a bulky nonwoven fabric can be obtained. This cleaner is prominent both in the physical ribbing effect and chemical absorbing effect.
