CONSTITUTION: The cleaner is produced by mixing the A solution and the B component of the solid matter. The A component comprises the chlorite salt for example, sodium chlorite and potassium chlorite. The B component comprises a sort of the sugar, the acid and the decomposition inhibitor of the acid and makes to a grain, a powder and a granular state. The sugar comprises glucose, sucrose and fructose. The acid comprises tartaric acid and citric acid. The decomposition initiator comprises polyvinylpyrolidone. The B component is stabilized by mixing the decomposition inhibitor, thereby preventing the decomposition of the acid. Accordingly as the cleaner comprises the A solution and the solid matter of the B component, the weighing of the cleaner becomes easy in the use, and the cleaner may be storaged in a compact state, for long periods.
