Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly adjust the pressure of a blade by means of a simple structure.
SOLUTION: A copying machine is composed so that a photoreceptive drum 15 is integrally incorporated in the housing 25 of a cleaner 19. The housing 25 is composed of side plates for holding the photoreceptive drum 15, and a stay 28 and lower-part fixing plate 29 for connecting them. The cleaning blade 32 is attached to the stay 28 via a mount plate 33. Also, with the projections 35 of the side plates inserted in the long holes 28a of the faces of both ends of the stay 28, the stay 28 is arranged between the side plates, and fixing screws 37 are tightened up into the faces of both the ends of the stay 28 via a pair of long holes 36 made in the side plates. Further, a compression coil spring 39 is arranged between the rib 38 of each side plate and the stay 28, and an adjustment screw 40 is spirally fixed into the stay 28 by being inserted from outside the rib 38 via a hole 38a made through each rib 38.
