Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent extremely effective for removing residual dyes, a processing agent and by-products such as polyester oligomer from a treatment tank when changing the treatment tank in dying process or functional process of a fiber using a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid as a solvent for color change or process kind change and a cleaning method using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a cleaning method of a supercritical fluid treatment device for cleaning a treatment tank 7 inside or a circulation passage 4 inside of a device by flowing a carbon dioxide fluid 11 containing a predetermined cleaning agent 8 (surfactant) at a state that a predetermined cleaning agent 9 (polymer absorber) in the circulation passage 4 of a fluid of the supercritical fluid treatment device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
