To provide a cleaning apparatus of deposits of instruments which suitably treats a wastewater generated by cleaning of a paint even in a working place limited in a usable space.

The cleaning apparatus includes: a storage tank 14 which stores a cleaning wastewater after cleaning the instruments to which the water paint or other dirt adheres and has an opening/closing part 20, which closes an outlet 13 when storing the cleaning wastewater and opens the outlet when exhausting the cleaning wastewater, so that a necessary treatment containing neutralization and coagulation for the cleaning wastewater is carried out; a first separation means which is arranged possible to be attached and detached in the storage tank and has a rough filter for capturing a coagulation content or a solid content when exhausting, outside the tank, the cleaning wastewater in which the necessary treatment is carried out; and a second separation means which has a fine filter having a finer mesh than the rough filter, so that the means receives the cleaning wastewater exhausted from the storage tank and captures the solid content having passed through the first separation means.
