The cleaning apparatus of the inkjet head removes dirt adhering to a nozzle face of the inkjet head 3a by supplying a detergent to the liquid-absorbable cleaning member 21 to wet the cleaning member 21, and bringing the cleaning member 21 into contact with the nozzle face. The cleaning apparatus of the inkjet head is provided with: a washing liquid supply line 14a for supplying the washing liquid to the cleaning member 21; a pressing part 22 for pressing the cleaning member 21 of the inkjet head 3a against the nozzle face; and a washing liquid discharge line 14b for sucking the washing liquid supplied to the cleaning member.
