Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attempt to perform stable and sure cleaning without meandering of a cleaning apparatus during cleaning operation by sliding only one vacuum sucker on an objective face to be cleaned while another vacuum sucker for cleaning and at least one auxiliary vacuum sucker are attracted on a glass face, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of vacuum suckers 5 and 5a for cleaning and a pair of auxiliary vacuum suckers 7 are attracted on an objective face 16 to be cleaned. To move the vacuum sucker 5 for cleaning to the right, a wheel in the vacuum sucker 5 for cleaning is brought into contact with the objective face 16 to be cleaned to decrease contact resistance between the vacuum sucker 5 for cleaning and the objective face 16 to be cleaned. At this time, the contacted face between the vacuum sucker 5a for cleaning and the objective face 16 to be cleaned are attracted while being largely deformed. When a piston rod of the first cylinder connected with the vacuum sucker 5 for cleaning is extended, only the vacuum sucker 5 for cleaning is moved to the right. Then, a pair of the auxiliary vacuum suckers 7 are separated from the objective face 16 to be cleaned. The piston rod of the vacuum sucker 5 for cleaning side is shrunk and at the same time, a piston rod of the sucker 5a side is extended. As the result, the main body 2 is moved to the right.
