To provide a cleaning blade for an electrophotographic device, that is excellent in cleaning properties at low temperatures, does not produce a chattering sound at high temperatures, and exhibits over a long period a cleaning property that is stable over a wide range of temperature conditions.
This cleaning blade for an electrophotographic device has a blade member made from a thermosetting urethane elastomer whose polyol component is a mixture of a polyol A with a molecular weight of 1200 or less and a polyol B with a molecular weight of 4000 or more, at least either of the polyols A, B being a polyester polyol comprising a dibasic acid, an ethylene glycol, and a diol represented by the formula (in the formula, (n) represents an integer of 3 or more), with the mixing ratio of the ethylene glycol to the diol represented by the formula being 5:5 to 2:8 in a mole ratio.
