To provide a cleaning blade of an image forming device that is superior in average edge line roughness and in cleaning performance, by preventing stress concentration caused by uneven edge wearing of a cleaning blade.

This cleaning blade is a mold of a thermosetting elastomer, made from acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. After a test for passing 150,000 sheets of paper, the cross-sectional length (Ws45) of the wearing edge surface is maintained to be 50μm or smaller, and the average roughness change rate (▵Re) of the edge line at 0.7 or smaller.
