PURPOSE: To contribute to the beautification of environment by inexpensively providing an easy-to carry tool to be easily attached and detached, by which hands are prevented and a disagreeable sense is reduced in disposing of filth, and to serve as a container into which a subject to disposal to be collected.

CONSTITUTION: A little thick sheet 2 is laminated on a part of a transparent or opaque bag 1 having the width larger than the length between the opened arms, and a cutting line 3 is formed on each bag in the width direction of the bag 1 along the bottom side so as to be easily cut, and the thick sheet is made into a continuous rolled shape 4. It is housed in a decorated holder, and a cleaning bag of the rolled shape 4 is rotated in the holder, and it can be easily drawn and cut. It is desirable to use a little thin plastic or paper having water resistance for the bag 1, and it is desirable to use a little thick paper having water absorbency or nonwoven fabric for the sheet 2. The position on which the sheet is laminated on the bag is set to the bottom side of the bag 1 and larger. If a biodegradable material is used for the bag 1 and the sheet 2, the post-disposal is facilitated.
