To provide a cleaning brush for an endoscope enhanced in operability and pepeline insertion properties by constituting the insertion part of the cleaning brush for the endscope by inserting a wire into a close adhesion spring and providing a damper part for absorbing the length difference between the close adhesion spring and the wire when the insertion part is wound in a loop shape.
In the cleaning brush 50 for the endoscope, the leading end 64B of the close adhesion spring 64 is fixed to the leading end 66A of the wire 66 but the rear end 64C of the close adhesion spring 64 is not fixed to the wire 66 to become a free end. Therefore, the free end escapes with respect to the wire 66 when the insertion part 54 is wound in a loop shape. As a result, even if the insertion part 54 is wound in a loop shape, the operability and pipeline insertion properties of the insertion part 54 are enhanced because the hardness of the insertion part 54 does not change.
