CONSTITUTION: This cleaning card 40 is provided with a cleaning means 42 being inserted and loaded to an information recording and reproducing device and simultaneously cleaning the stain of the objective lens 33 by a wipe and a checking means 41 reflecting a beam from an objective lens 33, recording and reproducing information by the reflected beam and judging the effect of the cleaning. In above-mentioned device side, cleaning is performed again in accordance with the result of cleaning and the objective lens is cleaned surely.
