Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a non-halogenic cleaning compsn. which does not exhibit destroying properties to ozone and is non-corrosive and non-combustible and exhibits low toxicity and is suitable for semi-aqueous cleaning method.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaning compsn. comprising one or more 10-13C aliph. compounds and one or more lower alcohols having about 8 carbon atoms, pref. 2-ethyl-hexanol, for use in industrial cleaning applications, e.g. in the electronics industry, is provided.
