To provide a cleaning device which is constituted without using components with unnecessary structures, is easy to carry, integrated with functions of pinching, scooping, and storing the waste and litter, and can be easily and efficiently used for a wide-scale cleaning activity or different kinds of cleaning for maintenance of life environments.

The cleaning device includes: a pair of frames 1 formed in a V shape; a pinching part 2 for adjusting the angle at the end of the frames 1; a connection part 3 making the rear side of the frames 1 as a supporting point of the frames 1; a storage part 6 for storing waste and litter, and is provided inside the frame 1 while the opening 10 of the storage part 6 is opened and closed by adjusting the angle of the pinching part 2; an operation part 11 opening and closing the frame 1, and is provided between the storage part 6 and the connection part 3 of the frame 1; and a handle 13 provided detachably between the connection part 3 and the operation part 11.
