PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and filters which are capable of cleaning and rinsing the filters, then rapidly drying the filters.
SOLUTION: The cleaning device for filters having cleaning vessels 4a and 4b for cleaning filters 1 by immersing the filters in a cleaning liquid, rinsing vessels 6a and 6b for rinsing the cleaning liquid penetrated to the filters 1, a transporting device 10 for automatically transporting the filters 1 into the cleaning vessels 4a and 4b and the rising vessels 6a and 6b further has a deaerating vessel 3 for reducing the pressure in the vessel in the state of soaking the filters in the cleaning liquid, a dehydrating device 8 for dehydrating the filters 1 and a drying device 9 for drying the filters. The transporting device 10 is constituted to automatically transport the filters 1 to the deaeration vessel 3 before the filters 1 are transported to the cleaning vessels, to automatically transport the filters 1 with which the rinsing work by the rinsing vessels 6a and 6b ends to the dehydrating device 8 and to automatically transport the filters 1 for which the dehydrating work by the dehydrating device 8 have ended, to the drying device 9.
