Abstract:
To effectively restrict the atmospheric air pollution due to the exhaust gas.
The light output from a light projecting part 11 is reflected by a reflecting plate 13, and received by a receiver part 12. A concentration detecting part 31 analyzes a change of the spectrum of the light received by the light receiver part 12, and measures the concentration of the pollutant included in the atmospheric air. When the measured concentration exceeds the predetermined threshold value, the purified water is sprayed from purified water spraying parts 4-1 and 4-2 to eliminate the pollutant.
