Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a narrow part to be cleaned positively by a simple operation.
CONSTITUTION: A title item is divide into a device which finely divides a deposited dust and dirt into particles by coating a washing liquid and a device which sucks and eliminates the dust and dirt by drying. A rotary drive axis 4 and a cleaning liquid supply pipe 5 are incorporated into an operation pipe 1 in the former device, a washing liquid is discharged from a liquid discharge hole 2b at a tip of the operation pipe 1 through the cleaning liquid supply pipe 5, and the deposited dust and dirt are finely divided into particles by rotating a rotary brush 3. In the latter device, a dry gas supply pipe is incorporated into the operation pipe 1, the dry gas is discharged from the dry gas discharge port at the tip of the operation pipe 1 for drying dust, dirt, etc., and for sucking the dried dust and dirt from a suction port.
