Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of a sheet transportation roll, and a sheet manufacturing method capable of providing a sheet of excellent surface quality that uses the same, capable of removing a sticking substance that sticks to a surface of the sheet transportation roll with no interruption of a production process, identifying position of a defect occurrence roll and a sticking substance in a short time from a sheet surface defect, and removing the sticking substance with sure by visual and direct confirmation.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 2 of a sheet transportation roll 4 is such a cleaning device 2 as removes a sticking substance sticking to a surface of the sheet transportation roll 4 by a cleaning part 18. The cleaning part 18 includes a scraper for removing the sticking substance, and sucking means for sucking the sticking substance that has been removed. The cleaning device 2 includes a corridor 1 on which a person rides, above the sheet transportation roll 4, which is capable of moving in sheet transportation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
