Title:
CLEANING DEVICE FOR WATER SUPPLY PIPE INSIDE AND RUNNING METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3558509
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively clean the inside of a water supply pipe by constituting a device feeding compressed air in the water supply pipe with a means feeding compressed air to a main vertical pipe and a means draining water in the main vertical pipe.
SOLUTION: A cut-off pipe 6a is opened and the closed state that respective faucets 8a-8n for houses are closed is confirmed and a compressed air-feeding device 10 is driven. A process in which an electromagnetic valve is opened at every specified time by a controller 12 to intermittently supply the compressed air boosted by a compressor 11 into the main vertical pipe 4 is started. The compressed air sent in the water rises and it is emitted from an elevated water tank 2 into the air. In this time, the compressed air collides with water in the main vertical pipe 4 to wash the inside wall. And further, when the faucets 8a-8n is opened one after another, descaled rust or the like is discharged from the faucets 8a-8n while the branch pipes 5a-5n are cleaned by the compressed air separated to the branch pipes 5a-5n. In this way, the main vertical pipe including the branch pipes 5a-5n can be effectively cleaned.
