This cleaning device for removing the foreign matters attached to the wheels of the model railroad vehicle is provided with: a rub cleaning part 16 prepared for rotating the wheels by pushingly moving the vehicle and cleaning the whole circumferences of the wheels, in its body part; and an energization contact part 25 rotating power wheels by bringing the power wheels into contact therewith and energizing them for cleaning the power wheels 12 which are not rotated or scarcely rotated, even if pushingly moving the vehicle, in the body corresponding to the position of the energized wheels from which the power is applied to the vehicle.
