This device is composed of a box-shaped pedestal opening the upper surface circularly and having a sink inside, a lid attached through a hinge to this pedestal for closing the opening, a freely rotatable turn table provided inside the sink for holding wire netting on the upper surface and a brush provided on the lower part of the lid to be rotated around a vertical rotary shaft and in the state of closing the lid, wire netting held on the upper surface of the turn table is washed by the brush.
