PURPOSE: To uniformly clean the whole surface of a punch, etc., by connecting 1st and 2nd rotating rods while shifting a shaft center, penetrating the 2nd rotating rod into the through hole of a mobile stand, forming a part of the mobile stand so that it may be slidable on a 3rd rotating rod and providing a turning device for the 2nd rotating rod and a cleaning jig.

CONSTITUTION: When a punch is brought into contact with the cleaning jig 16 and a rotary motor 10 is rotated, power is transmitted through a belt 12 to turn a rotary disk 7 by using the 1st rotating rod 2 and the 2nd rotating rod 4 as axes. Since the 2nd rotating rod 4 and the 1st rotating rod 2 are connected while shifting the shaft center, when the rotating disk is turned by using the second rotating rod as an axis the shaft center of the 2nd rotating bar 4 is turned around the shaft center of the 1st rotating bar 2 by the shifted distance of the shaft center. Therefore, the mobile stand 3 is moved attending with the rotation of the 2nd rotating rod 4 to slidably move on the 3rd rotating rod 5, while using the 3rd rotating rod 5 as a fulcrum. Consequently, the cleaning jig 18 is moved by the rotary motor 10 through the belt 14 so as to drum a circle.
