In this cleaning device, a water stop part 40 has a push rod 42 formed of a passage hole 42C, and a link allowing reciprocation of the push rod 42. When the push rod 42 is pushed up by a finger of one hand gripping a brush part 20 in the state that washing water is spouted from a spout of the brush part 20, the passage hole 42C is moved away from a passage hole 44A of the link to close a hose path and stop the spouting of the washing water. When the push rod 42 is pushed down, the passage hole 42C corresponds to the passage hole 44B to open the hose path and spout the washing water from the spout. Because the hose path is opened and closed by the one-handed operation, i.e., only the pushing operation of the push rod 42 of a grip part 20A, waste of the washing water is prevented to realize water saving, and the operation is easy so as to improve usability, as compared to the case of two-handed operation.
