The cleaning device 1 for cleaning a filter 17 includes: a ventilation section 5; a water supply section 7; a support section 9 for supporting the filter 17; and a control section 13 for controlling the ventilation from the ventilation section 5 and the water supply from the water supply section 7. The control section 13 controls the ventilation of the ventilation section 5 and the water supply of the water supply section 7 so that first ventilation to the filter 17, the water supply to the filter 17 subsequent to the first ventilation, and second ventilation to the filter 17 subsequent to the water supply are carried out.
