Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which can carry out temporary cleaning of jetting cleaning water at high pressure, and main cleaning of jetting cleaning water containing fine air bubbles.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: a dissolution tank 3; an introduction pipe 4 which introduces a mixture of cleaning water and gas into the dissolution tank 3; a pump 5 which generates the mixture of the gas and the cleaning water by introducing the gas into the introduction pipe 4 by utilizing a negative pressure in driving, and pumps it to the dissolution tank 3; a lead-out pipe 6 which discharges the cleaning water from the dissolution tank 3 and includes a first downstream lead-out pipe 7 and a second downstream lead-out pipe 8 branched on the way; a high-pressure spray nozzle 9 which is mounted on the first downstream lead-out pipe 7 and jets the cleaning water to a cleaned object at high pressure; a fine air bubble generation nozzle 10 which is mounted on the second downstream lead-out pipe 8, generates the cleaning water containing the fine air bubbles, and jets it to the cleaned object; and a valve 11 which is arranged in a branched position of the lead-out pipe 6 and switches a flow passage so that the cleaning water is jetted from either one of the high-pressure spray nozzle 9 or the fine air bubble generation nozzle 10.
