To faciliate cleaning by reducing the friction with a material to be cleaned.
This device is formed by a pair of cleaners 2 magnetized through a material 1 to be cleaned. One cleaner 2 is moved along one surface of the material 1 to be cleaned to follow up the other cleaner 2 moved along the other surface of the material 1 to be cleaned. A fulcrum part 4 pressed to the surface of the material 1 to be cleaned is formed in the substantially central area in the moving direction of the cleaner 2. Cleaners 2 are formed in such a manner as to freely turn on the fulcrum part 4 so that between the ends of the cleaners 2 positioned on both sides of the fulcrum part 4, each one end approaches the surface of the material 1 to be cleaned, and the other end separates from the surface of the material 1 to be cleaned. The area of the cleaner 2 that is pressed to the material 1 to be cleaned can be made about half the total area of the cleaned material 1 side, so that the friction in moving the cleaner 2 can be reduced more than that in pressing the whole surface of the cleaned material 1 side to the surface of the material 1 to be cleaned.
