Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean the ironing roll without performing a manual work. SOLUTION: An axial direction moving body 103 is supported by a guide rod 102 laid and fixed at the tips of both pressing arms, in parallel with the axial center of the ironing roll. A radial direction moving body 104 is supported by the axial direction moving body 103 so that the radial direction moving body 104 can approach and segregate itself from the ironing roll. A cleaning material 214 is mounted on the radial direction moving body 104 so that the cleaning material 214 can be pressed on the outer peripheral surface of the ironing roll at the time of the approach of the radial direction moving body 104.
