Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of sufficiently cleaning an air conditioner that air-conditions a cabin of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 200 includes a storage tank 210 storing dew condensation water CW formed at an evaporator 110 of an air conditioner that air-conditions a cabin of a railway vehicle by using the evaporator 110 evaporating refrigerant and a cooperation device group constituting a refrigerating cycle in which the refrigerant circulates together with the evaporator 110, a cleaning machine 230 cleaning the evaporator 110 by using the dew condensation water CW stored in the storage tank 210 and being supplied with electric power required for the cleaning from the exterior, a secondary buttery 240 charged by at least one of overhead cable electric power supplied to a railway vehicle from an overhead wire EL and regenerative electric power generated in the railway vehicle, and a controller 220 making the cleaning machine 230 clean the evaporator 110 by supplying electric power stored in the secondary buttery 240 to the cleaning machine 230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
