Abstract:
To remove extraneous matter adhering to the end face of a card-like material even while continuously conveying the card-like material.
A cleaning apparatus for the card-like material cleaning the end face of the card-like material includes a stacker 30 which conveys the card-like material in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the card-like material and a sticky tape 21 which removes extraneous matter adhering to the end face of the card-like material by touching the end face of the card-like material being conveyed through the stacker 30.
