Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus designed to reduce an amount of washing liquid to be used, and designed to hinder washing liquid from scattering around.SOLUTION: A washing apparatus comprises: a first tank 2 and a second tank 3; a washing head 4; a supply-side channel 5 that supplies washing liquid to the washing head 4; a recovery-side channel 6 that recovers washing liquid to the first and second tanks 2, 3; a pump 25 that delivers washing liquid to the washing head 4; a first vacuum motor 12 and a second vacuum motor 18 that deliver washing liquid to the first and second tanks 2, 3; a recovery-side filter 38 that purifies recovered washing liquid; a first intake-side electromagnetic valve 39, second intake-side electromagnetic valve 40, first supply-side electromagnetic valve 29, first bypass-side electromagnetic valve 30, second supply-side electromagnetic valve 31, and second bypass-side electromagnetic valve 32, by which the channel of one of the first and second tanks 2, 3 is switched to one of a supply-side channel 5 and recovery-side channel 6, and the channel of the other of the first and second tanks 2, 3 is switched to the other of the supply-side channel 5 and recovery-side channel 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
